Stretch and Mobility Classes

Our weekly stretch and mobility classes are designed to get you feeling better and more active!

They will run each week on Thursday | 11:30 am to 12:30 pm | St Kilda Library

Join our new weekly stretch and mobility class running each week on Thursdays at our St Kilda Library.
This class includes a range of exercises designed to increase your range-of-motion, control muscles surrounding each joint, and help you move more actively.
You will stretch and lengthen muscles and fascia (connective tissue). This can help your body through a full range of movements without causing injury, stiffness and pain.
There is therapeutic and active focus on stretching deeply and releasing tension in the body. The class can be done seated on a chair.

Our first class was a huge success and thanks to all that joined!
