Styled by Sally: Finding Confidence Through Style

Join personal stylist and author Sally Mackinnon for an empowering conversation about finding your style.

Thursday 10 September | 6 pm to 7 pm | St Kilda Library

Join sought-after personal stylist and author Sally Mackinnon for an empowering conversation about navigating life's transitions in style.

Drawing on nearly two decades of experience helping women transform their wardrobes and the way they feel about themselves, Sally shares practical insights from her new book, Styled.

More than a fashion guide, Styled explores why so many women feel disconnected from their wardrobes and often from themselves. Between changing bodies, ageing, work, family responsibilities, trend overload and the pressure to constantly reinvent ourselves, getting dressed has become quietly overwhelming for many women.

Sally's down-to-earth approach cuts through the noise. Rather than focusing on micro-trends or fashion rules, she helps women discover their personal style and create wardrobes that reflect who they actually are and how they really live.

Sally will be joined on the evening by Kerry Pietrobon, a Melbourne-based fashion consultant, mentor, speaker and model. For 13 years, she co-founded and ran Harlow — an Australian-made, size-inclusive fashion label that walked at both Melbourne Fashion Week and Australian Fashion Week, and was named a "plus-size brand to watch" by WGSN. But for Kerry, it was never just about the clothes — it was about making people feel fabulous, visible and truly seen.

Following the presentation, there will be an opportunity for audience questions and discussion.
