Help shape our Library Action Plan

We’re refreshing the Library Action Plan to make sure our libraries continue to meet our community's needs.
Graphic promoting consultation about the Library Action Plan

Consultation runs from Monday 17 August to Sunday 13 September

We know that libraries across Port Phillip are well loved and well used, playing an important role in the cultural and social character of our City. The draft Library Action Plan 2027-31 guides how our five branches support the community as welcoming hubs for learning, creativity and connection.

Your feedback will help refine the refreshed plan, ensuring our libraries respond to current and future community needs. Have your say on the services our libraries currently provide by 11.59pm Sunday 13 September 2026.
