Community Connector Service
The Community Connector Service (CCS) is here to help you explore all the opportunities and support available to keep you happy, health and socially connected as you age.
They can help you with:
- Finding services: support you to access services through My Aged Care and carer support services.
- Local connections: connect you with local services to help you live independently at home longer.
- Social support: find community programs, social groups, and new activities to keep you active and connected, including Linking Neighbours and other seniors clubs, groups and activities.
- Council services: provide information about council supported services, including delivered meals, Social Connection Program and the free Hop-on Hop-off community bus.
You can meet the team from the Community Connector Service each week at one of our library branches. See below for session times.
