- Download the app for your device or browse via the web link below.
- Locate 'Port Phillip Council' in the list, and then enter your Library card number and Library password to create an account.
- You will then be asked for your email address and another password specifically for your Hoopla account (has to be longer than 8 characters). Once you've created an account you will be able to browse available items.
