Stretch and Mobility Classes
First and Third Tuesday of the month | 11 am to 12 pm | St Kilda Library Community Room
This fortnightly stretch and mobility class includes a range of exercises designed to increase your range-of-motion and help you move more freely. There is a therapeutic focus on stretching deeply and releasing tension in the body. The class can be done seated on a chair.
Lea Singer is a certified Yoga instructor. She has conducted workshops and classes at health clubs, gyms, aged care facilities and people with disabilities facilities, yoga studios, workplaces, schools, wellness retreats and festivals. Lea specialises in promoting positive aging. She speaks both Russian and English.
