Mindful Movement

Sign up for our sessions that blends yoga, dance, mindfulness and movement designed for kids aged 5-10.

We have three sessions available:

Join us for a fun and engaging session that blends yoga, dance, mindfulness activities, and movement designed for kids aged 5-10.

This interactive program encourages creativity, self-expression, and body awareness in a playful and welcoming environment.  

Through simple yoga poses, fun dance routines, and mindfulness exercises, children will explore ways to connect with their bodies, calm their minds, and enhance their focus. 

Whether they’re new to movement or have some experience, this session is perfect for all kids who want to move, stretch, and relax in a safe and supportive space.

Our Facilitator

Laura is the founder of Balanced Bubs, bringing 12+ years of experience in children's emotional wellbeing. With a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and Trauma-Informed Practice training, she creates spaces where children discover stillness and emotional confidence in today's busy world.

As a qualified yoga teacher and therapist, Laura weaves yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness into programs that deliver remarkable benefits for children and families alike.
