Living Off The Land Foraging Tour

Learn about how traditional foods, medicines, tools and shelter have been harvested from native fauna and flora.

Saturday 18 April | 2 pm to 4 pm | Location below

Forage from the urban landscapes of Port Phillip, walking from Albert Park Reserve to Hobson Bay. Explore how traditional foods, medicines, tools and shelter have been harvested from native fauna and flora from Traditional Owners to colonists, immigrants and modern Melbournians throughout our natural seasons. Learn how Indigenous restoration is contributing to Melbourne's sustainable future.

Meet at Fitzroy Street, corner Canterbury Road, outside St Kilda Light Rail Station. Finish Catani Gardens, St Kilda.

Walk Leader: Meyer Eidelson
