Katherine Brabon Author Talk
Tuesday 21 October | 6:30 pm to 7:45 pm | Emerald Hill Library
Join us in hearing from award-winning writer, Katherine Brabon who will discuss her fourth book recently released, Cure. The book traces her personal journey with rheumatoid arthritis and her search for a ‘cure’ for the relentless pain that began in her teens. Katherine reflects that, for those with chronic illness, seeking a cure can often feel like chasing a distant, better version of oneself—much like embarking on a pilgrimage.
‘Cure lures you in with mesmeric prose then startles with profound insights on pain, faith, motherhood and, above all, love.’
Diana Reid – Bestselling author of ‘Love & Virtue’ and ‘Signs of Damage’
