Homies Homework Club

Homies is a special Homework Club program run by the library. It offers one-on-one tutoring and mentoring for Primary School aged children.
The aim of our Homies Homework Club is to improve educational outcomes through learning assistance, provide supportive role models in its volunteers and create a positive social environment for the students.
Homies is based at Emerald Hill Library, South Melbourne and runs on Thursday evenings 6 pm to 7.30 pm, during school term.
We currently have a waiting list for new students but are always on the lookout for volunteers to help us run this very important and rewarding program.
