Aged Care services information session

Older people and carers are invited to join this informative session about aged care services that are available to you and how to overcome common challenges.
In this session, you will have the opportunity to hear from, connect, and ask questions of skilled aged care professionals that will explain aged care in simple, easy to understand language, provide you with information you need as well as a clear overview of the aged care network.
This workshop has a focus on the start point of the aged care system (entry level) to support you to continue to live independently at home.
Our panel of professionals will include:
- Department of Health Disability and Ageing
- Services Australia - Specialist Aged Care Navigation and Financial Services Information Officer
- Elder Rights Australia - Older Persons Advocacy Network (OPAN)

The workshop will consist of a 1-hour information session followed by a 30-minutes of panel questions.
After the information session has ended, we will have 30 minutes allocated for individual discussion with guests.
