Storytelling is the social and cultural experience of sharing stories with improvisation, theatrics, and embellishment of the spoken word. Every culture has its own stories or narratives, which are shared for entertainment, education, cultural preservation or instilling moral values. ‘Viva Book’ focuses on sharing the Latin American culture & literature with children and their families.

The storytelling of Viva Book will be delivered through "Oso en la Ciudad" (Bear in the city) by Stella Blackstone, a bilingual (Spanish-English), simple and lovely book for children.

After the Spanish Storytelling, children (inspired by the told story "Oso en la Ciudad”) will make puppets with recycled materials.
