Getting started...

Use the below email addresses to send document to any Port Phillip Library printer.

With our new Print from Anywhere service, you can use your email to print to Library printers from anyplace, anytime. Send your email with your document or image to one of the following email addresses.

  1. Choose from one of the below email addresses. These are separated by location and A4/A3 paper size.
  2. Open your preferred email client on phone, tablet or desktop.
  3. Send an email to the address of your choice with attached document(s) that you wish to print.
  4. Once the email is sent you will receive a confirmation reply.
  5. Visit the Library you have chosen to print your documents from.
  6. Find one of the print stations in the Library.
  7. Type in the 'email address' you sent the attachment from into the search box.
  8. Print documents using menu and insert coins/notes as payment.

Please note: Once email confirmation has been received, you may experience a wait time of 5 - 10 minutes until the document(s) will be available to print.
